Intruex is not a reseller

Intruex is the original manufacturer and developer of the Intruex SOC Platform. We build it, we support it, and we can put that in writing on a procurement document, which matters more than it sounds like it should when a contracting officer asks who owns the technology.

Who we work with

Two kinds of partner

One group takes Intruex to market and holds the customer relationship. The other builds alongside it: products that sit next to ours in the same stack.

Integrators, resellers and OEM

They carry the contract vehicle and the account. Intruex is the platform underneath, named as the manufacturer on the paperwork.

Managed service providers

Run Intruex across your book with per-tenant isolation, per-tenant thresholds and per-tenant cost attribution. Serve accounts that were previously below your cost floor, and produce evidence of review as a deliverable.

System integrators & primes

We work comfortably as a subcontractor. You carry the past performance and the contract vehicle; we bring the platform, the OEM statement and an engineer who will answer the technical questions in the evaluation.

Technology alliances

Intruex decides; something else orchestrates. If you own the response layer, the data pipeline or the ticketing surface, there is a clean seam between what we do and what you do, and we are not trying to build your product.

Why partner with us

Because of what we can say yes to

A large incumbent will not deploy on your customer's hardware, will not let you run the inference locally inside a closed network, and will not shape a roadmap around one integrator's pipeline. We will have that conversation, and we move quickly enough to act on it.

You also get a straight answer on a technical call. Our engineers join the evaluation, and the claims we hand you are worded to survive your customer's due diligence, which protects your relationship as much as ours.

What we bring to a deal

  • OEM statement: we are the manufacturer, not a reseller in the chain
  • Three deployment tiers, including fully on-premises
  • SOC 2 Type II certification
  • Control mapping across six frameworks for the compliance narrative
  • An engineer on the technical evaluation call, not a sales engineer reading slides
  • Claims language that will survive your customer's due diligence

Public sector

Vehicles and teaming

We participate in emerging-technology programs and work through cooperative purchasing vehicles and prime-sub arrangements where one applies. If you are assembling a response and need an analytical layer that can run inside the boundary, start a conversation early. The deployment questions are easier to answer before the submission than after.

Every deployment and compliance claim on this site is worded so it can be dropped into a proposal unchanged. See the government page for the exact language.

Bring us an alert you already know the answer to

Hand it something from last week and read the reasoning. If the verdict is wrong, you will see exactly where it went wrong, which is the whole point.
